Past and incumbent NOPSSCEA ETF Guidance Commissioners Marijoy Gaduyon of the University of St. La Salle and Sheila Javier of St. Scholastica’s Academy, respectively, took their oath as newly-licensed guidance counselors in rites held in Manila in May.

PRE-ELEMENTARY
Ninety pre-school administrators and mentors attended the first seminar-workshop for the school year conducted by the Educational Task Force which was held at La Consolacion College on July 11. ETF Pre-Elementary Commissioner Manuel Delumpa, who is also principal of the LCC Integrated School, said the participants came from 96 NOPSSCEA member and non-member schools.
