Dear Fellow NOPSSCEAns,

This message comes to you by way of the first issue of the NOPSSCEA Newsletter, kudos and warmest congratulations to Dr. Rosario J. de Guzman, chairperson of the NOPPSSCEA Educational Task Force, for launching this newsletter. This newsletter will bring our mem¬ber schools closer to each other be¬cause we will be kept updated of the news and events that happen in our schools.

In our last NOPSSCEA Assembly, we honored teachers, staff and students for their outstanding achievements. I congratulate all of them for the work well done. I also take this opportunity to exhort our teachers, staff and students to strive to accomplish more so that we will have more of you in the list of honorees next year.

The new school year has just begun. Let’s look forward to a more productive and progressive year. I also take this time to re¬mind all member schools of their commitment to the establish¬ment of the NOPSSCEAActivities Center. We have accomplished so much for our school and for our province. Let the center be an enduring and permanent testimony of our effort and struggle to provide a better education for our young people.

May our loving Father, the Source of all good, bless us and sanctify our endeavors.
